Non-Printed Refunds

For our non-printed prefabricated products, we offer a refund option within 6 months from the date of purchase.

* A 20% restocking fee will be applied to cover processing costs.

10-Day Error Dispute

In the unlikely event of any errors in the shipment, we provide a window of 10 days from when the order is delivered to raise any concerns or disputes. We value accuracy and want to rectify any mistakes promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.

Full Manufacturer Defect Warranty

Rest assured, all our products come with a full warranty against manufacturer defects. We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our AFO braces, and in the rare case of any manufacturing issues, we will gladly address them.
